birthday in a week?!

i think my mom may or may not have told the school counselor bout my bad comunication skills becaue one of those school social workers or whatever theyre called came up to me randomly and started talking to me, this has happened before and i really dont want to talk to them. now she told me that i should come to some art group thing but i dont want to talk to people and the only one who says she cares is my mom and I'm pretty sure she made her ask me to come

 i dotn know what to do. i think ill just not go
